1. WEBSITE PLATFORM, HOSTING, AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Our website is:

• Built and hosted using INNOTECH’s Website Builder platform
• Delivered through Cloudflare, which may provide DNS routing, performance optimization, and security services
• Secured using SSL/TLS encryption

As part of operating, delivering, and protecting the website, these service providers may process certain technical information, such as IP address, browser information, device information, and related traffic data.

SPS does not collect payment card information directly through the website.

YouTube Embeds

Our website may have the capability to embed YouTube videos. If YouTube content is embedded and viewed, Google/YouTube may collect technical information, usage information, and cookie data in accordance with their privacy practices. We do not currently maintain posted videos on the website, but this disclosure is included in case embedded video content is added later. 

Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel to help measure advertising effectiveness, understand website activity, and improve outreach. Meta may collect or receive information from your browser or device in connection with your use of our website, subject to Meta’s own privacy practices. 

Google reCAPTCHA

Our forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may analyze hardware and software information, IP address, mouse movements, timing, and other interaction data to support security and fraud prevention. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Google’s FAQ also provides guidance on the required notice language used with reCAPTCHA.

We require service providers acting on our behalf to use personal information only for authorized business purposes and to protect it appropriately. Some third-party providers may also process information under their own privacy terms when their embedded or integrated services are used.

California guidance also recognizes the right to opt out of sale or sharing where a business sells or shares personal information. SPS states in this Privacy Policy that it does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Verification procedures may vary depending on the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the information involved.

• Obtain a portable copy of personal data

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

14. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to such signals, our website does not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals.
