For over 50 years, SPS, Inc. has specialized in the repair, reinforcement, and structural restoration of commercial and industrial warehouses, factories and buildings throughout California. Since our founding in 1975, we have built a reputation for solving complex structural problems with precision, integrity, and proven results.

What We Do
SPS is a design-build structural contractor specializing in:

Our work is primarily performed in occupied facilities, requiring careful planning, coordination, and execution to minimize disruption while ensuring safety and long-term performance. We focus not only on repairing & restoring structural integrity after a failure(s) been identified, but also on identifying structural issues before they become critical problems. Many buildings constructed from the 1920s through the 1960s—featuring wood bowstring trusses, heavy-timber framing, and early-generation glue-laminated beams—now face stresses far beyond their original design intent. Additional roof loads, long-term deflection, environmental exposure, and outdated construction methods all contribute to degradation that can compromise safety and functionality.
SPS is uniquely eqipped to address all these issues.
